I never said they were facts? If you want to have a discussion about 'perceived value as fact' I'm happy to, why is it so hard for you guys to accept that people derive 'value' from different aspects of each console etc and thus, they are by definition not fact.

Anyway, looking forward to FFXIV, I thought FFXI was great, I just didn't get into it when it came out so it was dated by the time I played it.

We shouldn't forget the game hasn't been released in Australia yet, we can actually have some pretty harsh critics over here, expect the ranking to drop soon.
I'm a 360 gamer (not fanboy), I'm personally very disappointed in MS's approach after E3. It's really turning me off the system and I think I will slowly completely switch over to the PS3 in terms of playtime.
Check out some of the analysis on Neogaf, some of the guys there really know what they are talking about. They claim that in terms of raw polygons it may not push as high as PS2, but the post processing is leagues ahead, even matching Wii level shaders etc. Plus, these are only first gen concepts, can't imagine what it will do after a few years. Plus it's in 3D. Truly incredible from Nintendo
The Microsoft conference, for me personally, was on of the worst showings I have ever seen (and that's saying something). I can't believe how much it has turned me off my 360 right now, the whole Kinect fiasco is a shame. So disappointed.

Seriously look at those pics guys, pretty damn impressive for the 360, it might even be the best looking game on the entire system (and running at 60FPS), Carmack is a genius.

Such awesome news. Though I have already played these fantastic games, it's such a great thing that PS3 only owners will be able to play one of the best games this gen.
